Island Swimming's Points Policy explained

Parent volunteers are vital to the success of Island Swimming .  There are many types of jobs and positions that will match with your talents, interests and available time and your Club needs your help.  Many parent members have formed lifelong friendships and memories by volunteering for the Club.

Island Swimming created a Points Policy a couple of years ago to reward those who volunteer in our club.  This policy has recently been streamlined into summary form to help current members understand why it is in place, what the rewards are and how to earn these valuable points.

To view the Island Swimming Points Policy, you must sign into the website as an Island Swimming Member.  Then go to “Team News” on the menu bar and click on your home club Coho, Tyee or VASC.  Under “Important Documents”, simply click on the ISA Points Policy Summary and the ISA Points Chart which shows you what points are available for the listed positions.  Please note that the updated documents are identical for all 3 clubs.

The bottom of the Points Policy document provides contact information should you have any further questions upon reviewing the document.  As well, suggestions are always welcomed.
