COST:  Fees for every swimmer on the trip training with Island:  Meet entry fees Coaches expenses (flights, per diem, hotel, car  etc.) Team travel costs (for team travel participants)   Chaperone bonus: 20% off team travel costs (excluding flights) for chaperone’s swimmer(s)

 

NO Team travel:

Swimmers not on team travel must arrive on the same date as their teammates and be on time for all training sessions and competitions. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask.

In this option, the swimmer will be allowed to participate in team activities if they are organized.

 

Withdrawal Team policy

In the case of withdrawal due to illness or injury, with an accompanying doctor’s note, all or partial refund is at the discretion of the Director of Swimming. Refund amounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on cancellation timelines negotiated between ISC and suppliers, non-refundable expenses incurred by ISC and the impact to other participating families.
