Salt Spring Camping
This event aims to foster connections between athletes from the provincial group, the national team, and the CSI, enhancing their interlinking relationships.
Camping Location: Ruckle Provincial Park - Beaver Point Rd, Salt Spring Island
Schedule:
- Depart on Saturday morning (exact time to be determined) -
- Location: BUS FROM THE SAANICH POOL
- Return on Sunday around noon.
- Location: BUS FROM THE SAANICH POOL
COST : $110 to $150- Depending the number of swimmers
Sleep:
The swimmers will be sleeping outdoors inside individual tents. Each swimmer will need to bring their own tent for accommodation.
Food:
- Saturday Lunch: swimmers are required to pack their own food
- Saturday Dinner: Barbecue + MARSHMALLOW !!
- Sunday AM: Breakfast included in the team travel.
Activities:
- Archery
- Team Games / activity- Can be in or out of the water (TBD)
Chaperone:
- We will need around 2/3/4 chaperones depending the number of swimmers
- Chaperone cost = $0
- Chaperone's swimmer cost = 20% off the price
- Task :
- Help to manage the children
- Help to manage the kids to prepare the food
- Allowed to participate to the team activity (your choice)
- Assist in fostering connections among the swimmers to establish meaningful links between them.
