MEET: Summer Divisionals - Island & Coastal Vancouver
Location : Watermania (Richmond)
Competition Dates: June 28-30, 2024
Travel Dates: Thursday June 27, returning Sunday June 30
Accomodation: Holliday Inn Express & Suites Riverport, 10688 No 6 Rd, Richmond, BC
Coaches: Lead coach*: Wouter

*Lead coach: Coach responsible of the swim meet’s organization. If you have any questions, contact him.
Chaperone: Please reach out to Wouter if you are willing to help. If you chaperone, your swimmer(s) get a 20% discount on team travel costs!
Swimmer Fee: TBD
Criteria: Time standard
Time Standard: Swim BC Divisional time standard (Island & Coastal Vancouver)
Team Travel: YES! (Need to signed up on the website!)
Team Travel Sign Up Deadline: Monday May 10 (possible space for new qualifiers at Medley Challenge)

NO Team travel:
If a meet does not include team travel, or the swimmer is not on team travel, swimmers must arrive on the same date as their teammates and be on time for all training sessions and competitions. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask.
Withdrawal Team policy
In the case of withdrawal due to illness or injury, with an accompanying doctor’s note, all or partial refund is at the discretion of the Director of Swimming. Refund amounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will depend on cancelation timelines negotiated between ISC and suppliers, non-refundable expenses incurred by ISC and the impact to other participating families.
