Competition Dates: Saturday April 26
Groups Attending: Intro Comp & ISST Gold swimmers (by invitation only)
Coaches: Shiho, Beth
Format: 1 Session with Fun Swim Break in the middle
Warm Ups: 1:00PM-1:30PM (arrive by 12:45pm) Racing: 1:30PM-6:00PM
What do I need to bring?: Warm clothes for on deck between races, flip flops/sandals/crocs for your feet (to keep them warm!), lunch, water bottle, healthy snacks for between races, and most importantly.....your swim suit, goggles, and cap!
